Ron Deane

Fine Artist, Illustrator, Photographer, Muralist, Graphic & Web Designer

 

From stone walls on old buildings, viaducts and objects discarded in salvage yards, Ronald Deane sees a future for the least of things.   

 

A former resident of the Indy Indie Artist Colony Indianapolis, IN. Ronald lives in Richmond IN, where he was born in 1970 and graduated from Richmond High School.  He Received a BFA from Columbus College of Art & Design in Columbus, OH in 1994. In addition, he has studied illustration under Walter King & drawing from master draftsman, Ronald Tardino.  His skills as an illustrator are featured in three children’s books; one of which is a coloring book titled, Follow Me as I Follow Christ. 

  

Known for the murals in Greensfork, and Richmond, IN as well as Florida that dot the landscape spanning across the United States, he is equally skilled at capturing stories with a camera and transferring his vision to canvas or almost any surface imaginable.  His artistic subjects are not limited to human beings; he is equally adept in portraits of various objects as well as abstract creations.  His artwork was featured in the NUVO and Indy Metro Mix magazines, 2011 and can be found on Facebook: RDNA Studio gallery, Twitter @ronaldeane and @rdnartdesign, instagram and twenty20/artisttothecore and rdnastudiogallery

 

Ronald is a member of ICAADA of Indianapolis, IN.  He creates works as an illustrator, a photographer, fine artist, muralist and graphic designer, his social media username says it all: He is an “artist to the core.”
